How much does Estii cost?
Estii offers free and paid plans. Our paid plans require a monthly or yearly subscription based on then number of seats (members).

Can I keep using the Starter plan for as long as i want?
Yes! There is no time limit on our Starter plan.
Do I need a paid plan to invite other members?
Yes, to collaborate with other users requires a paid plan.
What are guests?
Guests are members with read-only access to your space that are available on all paid plans.
The number of included guests is based on the following guest-to-seat ratio :
- 5 guests for the first paid seat, plus
- 2 guests for each additional paid seats
If you exceed your included guest count, you will be automatically billed for an additional seat (thus increasing your guest limit by 2)
Can my team use multiple spaces?
You can create as many spaces as you like in Estii, but they're separate entities, each with their own billing. If you want your team to use multiple spaces, you'll need to create and upgrade each space individually.
Can I pay in a different currency?
We currently only offer payment in USD.
How is the payment being processed?
We use Stripe as our payment processor. All payment details are directly processed by Stripe. Estii does not have access to your credit card data. You can read more about how Stripe processes credit card data here.
What payment methods do you support?
We currently only support credit cards as a payment method. For a full list of supported brands, refer to this page on the Stripe website.
What happens if a payment fails?
You will receive an email to the billing contact asking you to update the card details. Payment may be retried up to 4 times within the next month. If these payment attempts are not successful, we will downgrade your space to the Starter plan.
How do subscriptions work?
Depending on the type of your subscription, yearly or monthly, it automatically renews itself at the end of every billing period. If you add or remove members or excess guests (beyond the base seats), the subscription automatically updates and receipts are sent on a monthly basis that give an overview of the changes.
What happens if I add additional members to a space?
If you're on a monthly plan, you will be charged for the the prorated amount on your next monthly billing cycle. If you're on an annual plan, you'll be charged at the next monthly checkpoint for the year counting from the purchase date. Changes to the annual plan will be charged once per month max — so if you add multiple members throughout the month you will only be charged for changes once during the monthly checkpoint.
What happens if I remove additional members from a space?
When you remove members, any unused time that's been paid for will be credited to your account. This credit will be applied to future invoices before charging your credit card.
What happens if I add additional guests to a space?
If the number of guests is within your guest-to-seat ratio, there is no additional charge.
If the number of guests exceeds your current guest-to-seat ratio, you will be automatically billed for an additional seat (1 seat per 2 excess guests)
If you're on a monthly plan, you will be charged for the the prorated amount on your next monthly billing cycle. Can I change my plan from monthly to annually, and vice versa?
Yes, you can both ways:
When you change monthly to yearly, a new billing cycle will be established and your plan will automatically be renewed on the day you made this change. Any amount of time that is left on your already paid monthly cycle will be subtracted from your annual payment.
When you change yearly to monthly, the amount you paid for the year will cover future monthly charges until they're exceeded. Making this change also establishes a new billing cycle, with your plan automatically renewing on the calendar day you made this change the next month.
Do you offer discounts for NGOs, education or start-ups?
No, not currently.
How can I view my invoices?
Invoices can be viewed by Owners from the Billing Plans page in the Settings menu
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes, new users get a 14 day trial of the Business plan when creating their first space.
What happens at the end of my 14 day trial?
After the 14 day trial, if you have not provided any billing details you will be downgraded to the Starter plan. Existing data or members that exceed the Starter limits will become locked or read only - we wont delete any of your data. See Billing plans for more details.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription upgrade, visit the Billing Plans page on the Settings menu, and click Cancel.
What happens if I decide to cancel my subscription?
You'll be able to keep using your current plan until the end of your billing period — at which point your Space will be downgraded to the Starter plan. You wont be able to invite additional members during this period.
