Salesforce and Slack integrations and workflow automations for syncing deals across platforms. Increased guest-to-seat ratios and external guest access requests.
Overview
This release introduces workflow automations, starting with Salesforce and Slack, allowing you to automatically create, sync and update prices (and proposals) with your CRM.
It also improves the user experience for onboarding guests - with external access requests, an increased guest-to-seat ratio for all paid plans, and the ability to increase your guest limit
Salesforce and Slack integrations
With our new Salesforce and Slack integrations, your can keep estimates and prices in sync across your platforms:

External access requests
External users can now request guest access to your space. This sends an email notification to space admins for approval, and links to the new pending requests panel on the member settings page.
- Approving a request adds the user as a guest, and notifies the user
- Rejecting a request deletes it permanently
Guest limit increases
We've made a few changes to how guest limits work:
- Spaces now get 5 guests for the first paid seat, plus 2 guests per additional paid seat (it used to just be a flat 2 per seat).
- You no longer have to manually add another seat to increase your guest limit. Instead, you will be automatically billed for another seat when you exceed your current guest-to-seat ratio (increasing your guest limit by 2)
We've added confirmation prompts when inviting guests above your current ratio that explains this. Each billing cycle, the charge is adjusted based on your total number of seats and excess guests for that month.
Enterprise SSO automatic access changes
For enterprise customers using SSO with automatic domain access enabled, you now have a choice on how new users are added automatically:
- As guests (default)
- As editors (aka a paid seat)
- After approval (creates an access request instead of adding a guest)
Admins now receive an email notification every time a user (or access request) is added automatically.
