Fixed price is the default resource type for estimating features, services and expenses.

Overview

Fixed prices are used to quickly estimate the value of features, services and expenses.

For example:

Estimate fixed prices on features and expenses. (e.g. $500 setup fee or $1.5K travel expenses)
Create recurring fixed prices for services (e.g. $10K / month for a premium support package)
Combine with Variable units to create scaling prices within a service (e.g. $15K-$25K / month for 12 months for marketing budget).
