Fixed price estimates for faster, simpler price management. Compact schedules for customers with many roles.

Fixed price estimates

Sometime you just want to estimate some fixed prices, without worrying about rate cards, margins or pricing rules. It’s a simpler way to estimate a deal, and now the default option on deals.

  • Estimate fixed prices on features and expenses. (e.g. $500 setup fee or $1.5K travel expenses)
  • Create recurring fixed prices for services (e.g. $10K / month for a premium support package)
  • Combine with Variable units to create scaling prices within a service (e.g. $15K-$25K / month for 12 months for marketing budget).

Compact schedule

For customers with many roles and streams, the schedule view is now much more compact. We've also added a footer with total days, average rate and total price

For customers who want to explore all the recent improvement, we’ve updated the sample deal with some fixed price estimates and improved inline descriptions for features, services and expenses.

Other improvements

  • Services estimates now align their billing cycle with the start of the phase, instead of the start of the calendar month.
  • Variable preview now realistically projects amount for the current phase, including differences in calendar months / days / hours
  • Services with a monthly period now round up to the nearest month
  • With the introduction of fixed price estimates, you no longer have to set up a rate card before creating your first deal
