Inbox and recent activity

Overview

This release introduces two new features for staying on top of your work:

• Inbox — a personal queue of tasks assigned to you, and comment threads you're involved in
• Activity feed — a timeline of recent changes across your space and deals

Inbox

Your dashboard now has an Inbox tab that collects work items across all your deals. Items appear when teammates assign you to tasks, mention you in comments, reply to your threads, or resolve and reopen comments.

Each item shows the deal, the location within the deal structure, a preview of the comment (if applicable), and who triggered it. Click any item to jump directly to the task or comment in the deal.

Actions

• Mark as done — check off items as you complete them. Bulk-mark all visible items at once from the actions menu.
• Mark as read / unread — unread items are highlighted so you can see what's new.
• Show done — toggle visibility of completed items from the actions menu.

Filters and grouping

Use the toolbar to narrow your view:

• Deal — show items from a specific deal or all deals
• Type — filter by tasks, comments, or both
• Group — group items by deal for a compact overview

Deal inbox

An inbox icon appears in the deal's header showing your open item count for that deal. Click it to preview and navigate your items without leaving the deal.

Activity feed

The activity feed shows recent changes across your space, so your team can quickly see what's changed. It also includes updates made by automations, such as Salesforce changing a deal status.

Space activity

The space-level activity feed appears alongside your inbox on the dashboard. It tracks deal events (status changes, pricing updates, structural edits, task assignments, comments) and space events (resource and settings changes).

Filter by deal to focus on a specific deal's activity.

Each deal now shows a recent activity timeline at the bottom of the Overview tab, scoped to that deal. This includes status changes, price updates, structural edits, and comment activity.

Misc

• Shorter deeplink urls that are more robust, and will fallback to the closest existing ancestor when the target entity is removed
• Fixed visual bug with @mentions in comments
