Payment milestones describe your expected payment structure based on deliverables, due dates and price. They are visualised as a waterfall chart in exported proposals

The activity panel on the bottom of the overview tab provides a snapshot of the overall deal status (as mentioned above), key dates and a summary of internal and external activity.
